1) you were employed in California by the VONS Company or SAFEWAY, Inc. as a licensed pharmacist (R.Ph) on or anytime afterFebruary 13, 2004 and;
a) you worked in excess of five (5) hours per workday and;
b) you did NOT RECEIVE one (or more) 30-minute duty-freeMEAL break(s).
or
2) you were employed in California by the VONS CompanyorSAFEWAY, Inc. as a licensed pharmacist (R.Ph) on or anytime after February 13, 2004 and;
a) you worked in excess of four (4) hours per workday and;
b) you did NOT RECEIVE one (or more) daily REST break(s).
If one or both of the situations describe YOU or SOMEONE YOU KNOW, please take 15 minutes to complete and submit our ONLINE questionnaire. If you meet the criteria, you will have an opportunity to join the class action lawsuit already in progress, or you may request information on how to "opt-out" of the ongoing class action lawsuit and sue on your own behalf.
It does not matter whether you are a current employee or a former employee of VONS -- if you meet the criteria, you may join the class action and seek compensation for MEAL and REST breaks.
